Rubber bearings (RB) supplied by us are used in various bridge structures, trestles and overpasses, as well as in various buildings, when vertical or horizontal loads need to be transferred from the structure to the support unit, and linear or angular movements need to be performed due to elastic shear.
Rubber bearings supplied by us can be used in any climatic zone:
- in various technological structures (ramps, technological and access trestles, etc.);
- in the construction of various buildings and structures;
- use as vibration absorbers when you install various equipment, such as machine tools, presses, etc.;
- use as technological devices in construction, e.g., as superstructures of bridges.
Types and symbols of rubber bearings
Types of rubber bearings:
- according to the degree of mobility:
a) all-round-movable bearings (RB)
b) linear-movable bearings, including bearings movable in the longitudinal direction (LRB) and in the transverse direction (TPRB);
c) fixed bearings (FRB)
- according to the modification:
a) RB: a rubber bearing that has protective layers of rubber on all sides;
b) RBs: a rubber bearing designed for seismic areas;
c) RBc: a rubber bearing with checkered plates on top and bottom to transfer horizontal force to the structure.
- according to the rubber grade:
a) RB-N: rubber bearings made of NO-68-1 rubber. Scope of application: for design temperature of at least minus 400C and higher.
b) RB SO: rubber bearings made of IRP-1347-1 rubber with side lining made of NO-68-1 resistant rubber. Scope of application: for design temperature of at least minus 550C and higher.
Note: the design negative air temperature is assumed according to the SNiP 23-01-99 standard as the average outdoor air temperature of the coolest five-day period in the construction area, reliability of 0.92 for concrete and reinforced concrete structures and 0.98 for steel structures and parts of steel-reinforced concrete structures.
- by standard sizes: the design and dimensions of the bearings are selected depending on the design load and displacement.
